Real home made Gelato! Perfect! We found Ralf's by pure luck after dinner in the city and what a lovely desert we had. Ralf was able to explain the history and design behind gelato and we've eaten lots on our travels and this was by far some of the best. I really do wish him and his business all the best, yes it may not be cheap but you are eating a real product here that is made with skill and experience so it's worth spending that and enjoying the experience. Really good quality ice cream made from scratch by the chef himself. We found this place by accident while walking around the streets of Saigon. But such wonderful luck to have met the German Ice cream chef at the ice cream shop and tried the amazing Gelato. Would definitely go back to have some more.

This establishment deserves your business and loyalty. My friend and I came in to have an ice cream before taking a flight out, and we were met with the kind owner on his way out, and two customer oriented employees. The owner is awesome. A group of three individuals came in and made themselves very comfortable - taking from the reserved table and was extremely quick to anger and became aggressive. I turned around to get up to order- one of the guys yelled at me- what do you want.... Uh... ice cream? He sat in the eyeline of the counter. And jumped to some conclusions about caring enough to look his way. I literally was getting up to get ice cream. Like a rabid dog he began yelling at me. It was ridiculous, They lacked any social decorum, just even basic decency and began yelling and arguing. The employees remained calm and polite but it got to the point they were screaming in the middle of the ice cream shop. They were asked to leave. It was at that time we saw them taking phot...

A hearty welcome!

We are a small, family-run true Gelateria Artigianale*, where the gelato is still traditionally made by hand and fresh from the scratch every day!
We do not use preservatives or other additives such as colourings, flavourings, emulsifiers, stabilisers, vegetable fats ... We never use powders and pastes, so-called semi-finished products** or anything else - and we can guarantee this!
What we use instead are fresh, high quality local products or high quality imported products such as hazelnuts, pistachios from Italy, vanilla beans from Madagascar, chocolate and cocoa powder from France, Belgium to name but a few.
The best thing is to experience the quality of our gelato for yourself. You can be sure to get a natural, clean gelato made with only a few ingredients, which you and your family can consume without hesitation.
