A hearty welcome!
We are a small, family-run true Gelateria
Artigianale*, where the gelato is still traditionally made by hand and fresh
from the scratch every day!
We do not use preservatives or other additives
such as colourings, flavourings, emulsifiers, stabilisers, vegetable fats ...
We never use powders and pastes, so-called semi-finished products** or anything
else - and we can guarantee this!
What we use instead are fresh, high quality
local products or high quality imported products such as hazelnuts, pistachios
from Italy, vanilla beans from Madagascar, chocolate and cocoa powder from
France, Belgium to name but a few.
The best thing is to experience the quality of
our gelato for yourself. You can be sure to get a natural, clean gelato made
with only a few ingredients, which you and your family can consume without
hesitation.
